I've teamed up with housing rehab specialist, Spark Bookhart to help add some art to properties that are waiting to be fixed up. City code in Kansas City states that windows on abandoned houses need to be boarded up and painted to prevent squatters. We figured we'd give the neighborhood a bit of classic hip-hop flava with this A Tribe Called Quest themed design. Down the line I to contine the hip-hop theme on some other houses.
